Session 1

In this session you will be working on your muscular strength. This will improve your running capabilities.

Nutritional Plan (Advised)

Advised Meals:

Breakfast - 2 Hard boiled eggs (Protein).

Lunch - Carrot, Lettuce, Cucumber salad (Potassium, Vitamin B7).

Dinner - Oven Baked Salmon or Bean Salad with couscous (Fiber, Vitamin C, Carbs).

Session 2

In this session you will be doing timed endurance training at your maximum speed, this will work towards improving your cardiovascular strength.

Breakfast - Peach yoghurt (Antioxidants, Vitamin C), Oat and Honey pancakes (Fiber, Nutrients).

Lunch - Lamb chops with Asparagus (Potassium, Vitamin B7, Nutrients).

Dinner - Whole grain pasta with tomato sauce (Fiber, Vitamin C, Carbs).

In this session you will be doing interval training in order to improve your cardio as well as additional workout movements.
