Sub6Mile is : an 8 week long running program
Sub6Mile is : three sessions of workouts per week
Sub6Mile is : aimed at getting you a mile time under 6 minutes
Sub6Mile is : a program that requires commitment and consistency
Sub6Mile is : providing a diet plan to follow
Benefits
The running that you will do throughout the course will immensely improve cardiovascular health. This will improve your capabilities in other fitness related areas.
Alongside running, you will be doing workouts to supplement muscle growth in areas such as the quadriceps and core. This will allow you to be stronger and more athletic.

Fitness has been proven to improve mental health. This is because it can be used to relieve stress which can be useful when you want to feel at peace with yourself.
Course requirements?
Health checkup with doctor if you have pre-existing medical conditions
A mile time between 6:30 - 8:00 minutes
A Working Treadmill
Water Bottle
Phone/Electronic Device
Weights
Running Shoes
